No One’s Born Knowing How
to Convey Themselves Well
That’s Where (and Why) We Come In
The Conveyed Group was created with the goal to make any leader a more effective communicator and, as a result, make their teams more powerful, and their organizations more successful.
A note from our founder, Nicki Krawczyk:
For more than 20 years, I built a successful copywriting career helping well-known organizations clarify and strengthen how they communicate with their target audiences, turning complex ideas into strategic, compelling messages that drive action.
Along the way, I discovered that clarity and effectiveness in communication wasn’t just a talent; it was a learnable skill. Through my work, I helped thousands of professionals learn to convey messaging with confidence, concision, and purpose.
As I shared my expertise, I began hearing the concerns of people who had no interest in becoming copywriters. Smart, capable leaders were struggling with the everyday communication that their roles required: Emails, meetings, presentations, and decisions that have the impact they’d intended.
Their leadership ability wasn’t the issue; it was that their messaging was unclear, misaligned, or mismatched with their audience. Ultimately, communication gaps like these slowed teams down and quietly eroded trust from both the bottom up and the top down.
I realized that I could apply the most time-tested principles of marketing writing to everyday leadership communication and I founded The Conveyed Group to help leaders communicate in ways their team members could actually understand and act on.
We identify where messages are breaking down, craft clear and intentional communication using a proprietary framework, and build repeatable systems leaders can rely on. The goal is simple: Clarity that leads to action and alignment.
Today, our clients communicate with confidence instead of hesitation and impact instead of indecision. Their teams understand expectations, decisions land faster, and projects more forward with far less friction. Buy-in increases, misunderstandings minimize, and momentum builds naturally. The result is not just better outcomes, but teams that are more engaged, aligned, and energized by the work ahead.
Successful leadership communication isn’t an inborn trait; it’s a skill that must be built.
